which one is better for skillup, new moon or full moon?

i just wanna collect some datas from ppl's experience, so its not really a noobie question, lol.

for me full moon is the best for skill up, but many ppl said new moon is better. So i was a lil bit curious lately and tried to skill up on new moon, but i got very bad results. and ppl keep saying new moon is the best.

so.. how bout u guys?

I've noticed i get more skill ups on Full moon, when i hit 98 i think in 12 synths i got .7 skills on Full moon.

Crafted this past new moon only .3 out of 24 synths. So I really hate new moon for skilling now. Just wasn't a good one for me, SE is just so random and don't understand the meaning of being consistent.

So craft whenever you feel like to skill up.

You forgot the part where you have to be spinning counter-clockwise while choosing the items and when you press enter you must be facing North-Northwest without stopping. Anything otherwise would result in faulty data.
