Guess they figured blu tp-dependant skills would be overpowered with kraken? Either that or it's an oversight and they just forgot to tack on the 3 extra jobs to raise the "all jobs" flag on the item.

Considering scores of other "All jobs" items still read as "All jobs", it probably wasn't an oversight. Maybe they simply decided that Kraken Club won't be usable by those new jobs at all.

It's 350mp with a 12 second cast time and 56 second cooldown time, aint no one spamming that.
