Help with starting playonline

for some unknown reason everytime i start playonline this box comes up
with the text

"Failed to replace the file 'C:\Program files\playonline\squareenix\playonlineviewer\pol.e xe.' Please restart the Playonline Viewer"

Can someone help with this problem please? the file is there, so i dont know what to do. thanks in advance

Un/reinstall POL.

it happened after i updated for today, but ill try i guess just means i have to run all the way home thanks for the quick reply Seph^^;

Task Manager > Process tab > pol.exe > End Program. Open POL again, should work.
