    he doesn't give a quest in the quest log afaik...
    not in the ToAU section.

    He does give a CS and sends us to meet his friend in aht urhgan whitegate

    I got the CS before I got the expansion and before maintenance this morning.

    Same, he does give the name of the npc and location (zone) for the quest giver for pup.

    New Galka npc in Mhaura (same one as seen in earlier pics). Gives you the times for when the Selbina & Al Zahbi ships are arriving. Also, he flips the sign next to him for whichever ship is next to port. From the times he gives, looks like the Mhaura <=> Al Zahbi ferry & Mhaura <=> Selbina ferry takes the same amount of time to travel.
