My guess is so far, is that happens on sunday's when hey calculate the conquest points. If it only happens once a week it will kinda sux but o well @ least it will be somethign new then.

I'd more inclined to think that once people start winning assaults, the beastmen will start to retaliate, and Besieged will start to happen.

Yeah, I beleive this theory. As of now I dont think many people have won assault.

one of the zones had "Enemy Forces: 4" before they let us in, was like that for most of the day. I didnt check in all the excitment, but could be they reset the number on open or we've got assaulters!

(isnt 2nd real missoin to do an assault? )

I agree with this. Went to the Reef for Corsair last night...and only those Dodo birds were around. Lamia lived for about 6 secs after pop with people looking for the key. Normal mobs being camped like NM's lol. My party was resourceful and just went to the gate and waited about 30 secs....someone opened it eventually.

I think they will attack in time when things settle down. Right now, you got every end-gamer slaughtering everything because its new (and finally good) stuff to do.

Was poking around in Halvung looking for the Staging Point when I happened along this guy:

He didn't attack back and it was night time so the Crawlers around it were asleep (Little ZzzZZs coming out of their mouths, during which they apperantly don't aggro) It must have had the DEF of a Too Weak cause those are the only mobs I ever hit normally for over 100 a swing. Took less than a minute to kill (Maybe 2k HP or less) and when he died, he gave me this:

Arn't Archaic Mirrors listed under /beseigedmap? I think you need to get some for points or somethingmaybe.

Ya, seems people are assaulting alot on Cerberus. All the lvls are 0 and are 0% tnl ,except for Halvung which is at 1% someone better go assault it go go go! =P
