That's actually not what I was trying to say, but I like that too. What troubles me, however, is that we exited exactly at the position that you have marked 2 on your Reef and Island maps. There MIGHT be 2 caves at that spot, but I didn't see one, and it seems kind of unlikely, so I really want to put that small piece of the map with 2 Caedarva Mire exits in the path.
One of those two pieces almost definitely fits though ... I think that the SE gate is locked, and the NW gate is not in terms of those two connections. Or something like that.

Unfortunately, I'm even more foggy about the terrain past the gate because I got Lamia aggro from dropping invis to open the gate, and ended up running for my life through the rest of the Reef to the exit.
Hmm, I like the connection of the "independent" tunnel to the piece right next to it. There seems to be no other good place to put that piece.
However, that version you just posted doesn't jive with the "locked gate in the west" info, so obviously we have more work to do.
I really like the latest map.. its excellent. However I dont believe the map with 2 Mire exists listed has any other connections. It is more likely the position of my 2 is wrong or that there are 2 caves very close to that portion.
Also the connection that aurik makes from the locked door i used... is correct... not the one substituted later.
I have to escort some members of my mission static to this staging point, so I'll probably have a chance to get the exact info at that point if we haven't been able to confirm anything by then.
btw, have any of you tried the Assault mission there yet? It is really strange, although I think I have a general idea of how to do it now.

What I'd like to know is whether mob HP / etc is scaled up if you bring more people. With 3 people we could probably get up to 9 of 12 chests. With 4 we could possibly clear them all by splitting up to pop the last few.
Also, this weekend I'm going to go fetch all known staging points (Currently only have Atoll, been too busy to look for any others)

I don't like that map. Check ffxi-atlas, and go the A exit way, not B. This map you guys drew has you going through B, which has imps. A has no true sight mobs if I remember correctly
thats a good point because the part right before the ship on B has some imps that are tough to get by. However, u will need 2 keys to go the A way.

I have noticed that the maps for the Dvucca Isle staging point have disappeared due to ban width... and i cant seem to make heads or tails outta the ones that are currently there.

I did Dvucca Isle last night and honestly I'm really fucking confused at this point. I was using this map created by a person in my LS:

and we got lost along the way. Is the one way wall in the reef truly a one way wall? The person who made the maps in my LS said he's walked it 4 or 5 times just to confirm whether his map was correct, and he says it is, but if that's true then really weird shit is going on. Everyone is saying something different. some saying you go NW where the one way wall is and you zone out directly next to the staging point area, others saying that takes you much further to the NW in Caedarea Mire, and you have to zone back into reef, then out again, etc.

Well i's a non issue now because I figure it out last night after wandering around in there for 4 hours. But I just wanted to figure out wtf is going on lol, maybe there really is a shortcut that I don't know about.
That being said, what is a Lamian Bone Key for? We got one from an IT Lamia, and no clue what it's for. Note this is not the Fang key, it's a Bone Key, and it dropped from a mob, not gotten from a ???
There's some other hatches and such in the area that require Lamia Bone Key.
