    Sanction add-ons

    I didn't see it anywhere, but has anyone gotten the Added Regen or Refresh or even Meal Duration effects when you get Saction? If so, what do they do? I heard them listed somewhere as Latent effects. What triggers them and do they last for your entire Sanction duration?

    Refresh gives 1 mp/tick and is triggered by yellow HP. I would assume it lasts the entire sanction period.
