I think most of the people on this forum have seen it... like 6 months ago when it came out in Japan. I saw it. I loved it. I'm buying it. I hope it has both Japanese and English audio tracks. I want to see it in English but I think it will be better in Japanese for the most part. I've already got it downloaded, but only because I couldn't wait, so yeah I'm definetly buying it.Originally Posted by Valley
The English region 1 version of FF7:AC has both English and Japanese audio tracks, as well as the following languages as subtitles:
English, French, Spanish, Portugese, Chinese, Korean, Thai.
Anyone that saw it yet also think that the English voice acting was kind of lame?
and also, i suggest buying it at wal-mart......
i hope this wasnt just a marking error at my local walmart, but..
they had two versions of advent children, one normal, one with spirits within, and they were same price... so if you dont have spirits within yet(even though it wasnt that good IMO) i'd pick that one up so you could at least trade in that movie at gamestop/eb for some discount on future purchases :D
best buy was completely sold out
strange, I was able to play it on my PS2, but when i put it in my DVD player it wouldn't read it. The discs don't have a Menu and I think my DVD player was trying to access one. It has me quite disappointed.
The voice was much better then what I had expected considering how most Japanese - English transitions fail.Originally Posted by budd

Is that some sort of sick pun?Originally Posted by Myyahele

When are people going to get over FFVII? This movie is JP gay-boy fan service, and nothing more. Saw it when it first came out in Japan with a friend of mine, and we both thought it was ass.
Looking back I wonder why I was ever into the Japanese sissy-boy Sephiroth shit (I admit I was... at age 16).
did you see the shitty graphics in ffvii? i haven't even gotten past the first reacter part, because it hurts physically.
the movie is hard to follow, but i suspect it's my boner-reducing feelings towards FFVII and nothing with the movie.
Dunno if you meant me, but yeah I saw all the graphics in ff7 about 3 times over right after the game first came out back in 1997. good game, but let it go, people.
i was talking to everyone... but seriously? not that good.
rent the movie, download it from some torrent site, but please don't buy it without seeing it.

lol. a proud fanboy, I see.
FFVI (III since I played it on SNES) was much better. And yeah, I'm a huge fanboy of that game. :D
It's probably just a case of my nostalgia > yours anymore, anyway.
Not surprising. I see more "FF6 rox, FF7 sux!" on FFXI forums than the other way around. Played FF6 several times, never saw what the big deal was. Nothing against it, it was a fun game, it just didn't impress me as much.Originally Posted by Stilgar
