Did a search, nothing came up. Someone selling for 1mil in bazaar. Wanted to know if anyone knew what mob dropped this or what quest it was from?

It's crafted, there is a HQ version.

I dont think so, just a normal crafted thingy, I just don't know the recepie. Likely smithing or goldsmithing, I'm leaning towards gold

Probably smithing, a JP Smither on Midgard has made a few of these (Or at least they are selling them on the AH)
