Who's been curious enough to make one yet? We did just yesterday, our sam claims he had a really high proc with double attacks as SAM/THF (brutal earring) on Tiamat, but it could have just as easily been a string of lucky rolls.

We made one, have it, everyones afraid to use it. I dont see how using it in any shape or form can come to any conclusive results. You look for double attack, it'll appear to happen more often.

From what I heard, it gives you Fire Resistance+5, Attack+3, and Ranged Attack +4.

I don't see why people are afraid to use that, other than because they'll look gimp.
