My first major penance hat push for a friend I went about the same, 20+ NQs and some breaks. He farmed the yowie skin so it wasnt a huge hit but i still felt bad. He kept trying 1-2 but no go on the HQ. Then on my first batch of my own, I HQd 2-3/10 and gave him one.
