All Worlds Maintenance (May. 9)

At the following time, we will be performing FINAL FANTASY XI maintenance on all Worlds. During this period, FINAL FANTASY XI will be unavailable.

We ask that players who are scheduled to enter Assault areas, Dynamis or Limbus at the time of the maintenance wait until it is complete before entering. Please note that we cannot replace items that are lost during the maintenance process.

[Maintenance Details]
- Following Besieged related issues will be modified:
Beastmen level during besieged
Beastman Stronghold increase rate

-An issue where a disbanded alliance would remain as not disbanded will be fixed.

- An issue where a map purchased with Imperial Standing could be purchased again will be fixed.

- Monster "Sicklemoon Jagil" will be addressed to only respond to sound instead of sight.

- An issue where players may be unable to obtain key item for the "Vanishing Act" quest while harvesting will be fixed.

- Guild NPC has been giving out the incorrect recipe for synthesizing "Jaridah Salvars." This will be addressed.

/sigh, guess I'll have time to experience more new expansion stuff this week instead so not entirely a bad thing. I certainly love that they continue to tweak besieged to make it better, its a fantastic idea but definitly needs some improvements.

Awesome, more annoying Besieged. I guess winning 10+ fights in a row is just too much

you know i have a hunch they'll make beastmen pretty strong for 150+ ppl in the zone ;x

not like last time we had a hard time with undead swarm lvl1 lol

EDIT: just looked at the besieged map, halvung is @96 and will probably advance at 100

we'll be in maintenance till then lol gogo bahamut losing the AC

I would think that 10am-12noon PST is their lowest traffic period of the day, perhaps? Seems a little early to just be the start of the Japanese work day.

They do it depending on how many people's playtimes would be interrupted, not HNM timers.
