it looks like to prevent constant besige'ing (sp), after a defeat the mobs take about 24-36 hours to "recover" before they start building up strength for another attack.

DRG can out damage BLM in a lot of situations... basically anywhere the BLM has to think about hate/saving mp for chains or etc. But what BLM xps in a normal PT setup? And who xps with DRGs?

Here we go again..

Drg can do ok dmg in an exp pt if they are pimped out. They're not terrible, it's just that the best drg doesn't come near the best war/nin. And normal xp pts are generally pretty bad, but yeah blm arn't great for that type of xp. It's impossible to keep up with melee dmg since you have to rest so much.

Undead attacked again a little while ago on Ragnarok and retreated after about 15 minutes. I wasn't there for it, exping in Aydeewa, but we got the message they were coming before we left and the message they were retreating while here.

I got to see Besieged from a BLM's view (*'-')
A level 49 BLM's view! Had no idea Besieged was coming and I had just D2'd a friend from Tavanzia and then warped myself to get a CS, lol.
It lasted a good long while too, I had enough time to blow my MP, get up and blow it a good two more times! (Of course I only had like 600MP)

I managed to do 48 damage to a Qutrub Wastrel with Aeroga2! Everything else was around 8-9 damage ;x haha

After fighting a Qutrub and spamming Stun for a good 15minutes or so, I finally did take hate. And didn't die. I'm a 49BLM, with no SS or Blink, and I take hate from this ultra powerful mummy thing that a gazillion 75 DDs are fighting and not damaging and it just runs up and pokes me.

However, in the end I only got 340 exp and IS oh well not like I wanted exp on my BLM anyway.
