me and my buddy Carcas tried to explore the tunnels in Halvung to find this place, but we got massacred by the true-sight Trolls.

First few nights the expansion was out, friends and I went exploring in Arrapago.

We found that the Lamia "Nix Songstress" was truesight. Don't know if this is all of them, but it's definently one of them. Maybe just the ones with Nix in the name. Another one aggro'd again later. I forgot if it was a songstress or not.

I forgot where we found it, but it was on one of the ships while we were looking for Dvucca Island staging point.

There is a lone VT-IT mamool near the exit out to thickets by the staging area who is TS.

Actually, if you're talking about the Lurker, he's only "near" the exit if you go the wrong way. He's standing at the entrance to the "lower levels", and if you kill him and continue that way, theres a lot more of them. If you use the map on the staging point thread to navigate, when you get to the tunnels on the south part of the map, he's just east of there, when you should be going west. To my knowledge, there are only spiders in the tunnels if you go the right way.

If its the one I'm thinking of go via Mount Z->Halvung->Mount Z (the wamoura prince camp in the west island should be where you end up) then via one of the tunnels on the middle of that island. The other island was empty.
