I can't remember exact position, but there's one in the earlier parts of the Reef zone and it hangs out with the Lamia that is a summoner. Near one of the locked gates I think.

Ranger? I always thought Lamias would have Corsiars... cuz you know... Mamools have BLU and Trolls have PUP... so the last pair os Lamia and COR... unless they use bows then idk, COR with a bow i guess.

Today when I was trying to get Hysteric Barrage we probably killed about 20 of the weaker RNGs and we never saw a bow drop so yea the harder one might be the only way to get it.
