They all appear to pretty crappy, so I won't be trying to get any of them any time soon.

Seeing as no one at 71+ uses elemental weapon skills for anything but a novelty, I doubt someone would be willing to waste an inventory slot on them. The only way I could see them being useful is if they add a zero on the end of them or the description is just really badly worded and they work in a similar way to the Lumorian Gorgets.
