Data collection methodology:
Use SA + weaponskill on Wild Rabbit at TP = 100-110%
Repeat until a damage value is repeated at peak.
Then we assume that pDIF was capped at 3.0.
We assume fSTR is capped.
(Or in the case of Spike Necklace / Shadowstitch we get lazy and assume that the highest number is right since it matches all the other data. Feel free to get your own fucking mandau and test it yourself if you want to prove this wrong)
