How exactly do I get the key items and is the BC where I think it is? Btw, Mamool Ja took it.

Is Midgard the only server to lose the Candycane in a Besieged that didn't happen during Miantenance?

In before a time vs reward analysis of besieged declaring the opportunity cost of it is not worth the reward.

Mage's Candescence (ra/ex)
In West Aht Urhgan:
EXP Bonus +15%
Sanction Duration +2
Adds Refresh Effect

Melee's Candescence (ra/ex)
In West Aht Urhgan:
EXP Bonus +15%
Sanction Duration +2
Extended Food Duration

People would be torn between camping aery and waiting for besieged.

Yet, if there were a community item that offered the same bonuses of which everyone could share the benefits (including themselves), they'd lose interest.
