After trying and failing miserably to get any decent response from KI I figured I'd try here. I got some good info here a couple weeks ago so maybe my luck will continue.

I posted my BLU SC chart on the 60+ page BLU thread but since nobody's going to find it on random page 50~ whatever in that thread I'll post it in my own thread here:

As of now there is only one spell that is not on the chart, that being Body Slam. If -anyone- has information regarding ways you can SC with Body Slam, lemme know.

There is also one spell that needs the priorities of it tested, Spinal Cleave. Doing any one of the following SC's (none of which can be done solo) will determine what priorities Spinal Cleave have (only one of these needs to be done, not all of them):

Spinal Cleave >> Spinal Cleave (Detonation or Scission)
Spinal Cleave >> Terror Touch (Gravitation or Reverberation)
Spinal Cleave >> Death Scissors (Gravitation or Reverberation)
Spinal Cleave >> Dancing Edge (Detonation or Scission)
Spinal Cleave >> Tachi: Jinpu (Detonation or Scission)
Spinal Cleave >> Starburst (Gravitation or Reverberation)
Spinal Cleave >> Sunburst (Gravitation or Reverberation)
Spinal Cleave >> Sturmwind (Reverberation or Scission)
Spinal Cleave >> Spinning Scythe (Reverberation or Scission)

There also -may- be some SC's that haven't been found yet for spells that already are on the chart, but could have multiple SC traits. Especially try Hysteric Barrage - In particular, try Red Lotus Blade >> Hysteric Barrage, or any combination that would create Fusion or Impaction.

I figure here would be as good a place as any to figure out SC traits of PUP and COR skills (save your PUP flaming kthx).

I've heard but never seen that Card Shots can be used in an SC, in particular I've heard Ice Shot can start (maybe end?) Distortion, so if you're capable of testing those, go ahead and try everything.

PUP skills may be a little tougher to test but try nonetheless. The following have already been confirmed, so don't worry about these:

Harlequin:
Slapstick - Reverberation A | Impaction B

Sharpshot:
Arcuballista - Liquefaction

Valoredge:
Chimera Ripper - Detonation A | Induration B
String Clipper - Scission

Yup. Skillchain flowcharts are retarded and unintuitive. The real renkei chart you posted actually shows how and why skillchains work.

Aden got the info to update his chart from information I and a couple others had supplied, SPECIFICALLY so that he could add it to his chart. It's also the exact reason I put it in the same layout, so that it would be easier for people who are used to it could read it and so that he could easier add it to new versions of his chart.

And how that second chart is any better, more intuitive, or less retarded than Aden's chart is beyond me. All a matter of personal preference, but if you know how to read Aden's chart it tells you everything that 2nd chart tells you.

The charts show the exact same information about how skillchains work. That one lists the WS seperately instead of putting them in the boxes and Aden's puts them in boxes. Really, it should only be unintuitive if you don't understand that, but using either one should be simple.

Card shots can't be used in Skillchain in any way, shape or form. I'm more surprised they don't MB and think they may be patched to do so in the future.

Card Shots don't say them MB, but based on how I've used them after a skillchain effect, their resistance rate is lowered. Greatly.

The skillchain selected is the listed effect closest to the weaponskill used to close the chain.

That just indicates that there are two different outcomes depending on the order of WS used for those cases. For instance, there is a double direction arrow between Scission and Liquefactions.

So (ignoring priorities):
Scission (earth) > Liquefaction (fire) creates Liquefaction (fire)
Liquefaction (fire) > Scission (earth) creates Scission (earth)

Knowing how skillchains work would mean the understanding of that as well.
