Well, I guess technically it's illegal to go over a posted speed limit...say 5-10 mph, but if you're going 30-50 over the speed limit, lol, then it's very illegal!!!

What is the average combustion duration? Once it does catch fire, that is. It'd be interesting if you could test it out on a decent sample size and determine just how long you have to put it out before it burns up completely.

Well possession of drugs could be like a month and community service. Yet possession with intent to sell can be 20 years in prison. So I suppose the point I was trying to get across was the "severity" is much more then it sounds.
