Hope against hope on this one:

Anyone know someone who works for this department or know a good website on what they can and can't do (I do not trust the official site).

This is really important and I'm looking everywhere, I'm trying to make it so my sister doesn't lose her son. ;_;

I believe each state should have their own.

yes because the official site isn't going to tell me "when a social worker says X, they really mean Y" and that's what I need right now.
