About fenrir's stone vs other fenrir's items, I collected them all, I got the stone as one of my first rewards, and each time I picked another reward, the stone was again an option, even though I still had it. On the other hand, the other items, like fenrir's torque, fenrir's cape, fenrir's earring, and the ring item, were not available as options again.
So you can obtain the stone again but not the other items.

GMs can reset quests, if you're lucky. But for Tav. Ring, Abyssal, Ect. That would be resetting a mission, which I'm 99% sure nobody has ever gotten a GM to do.

I think they should allow people to use Conquest points on Ducal Gaurd Rings.


And Niro, I like Fenrir's Stone for RDM solo. It's pretty much That, Lightning Bow, or Hedgehog Bomb. Also it can be a nice swap-in piece for NIN if the /clock is right. HP Build during the day, Evasion build at night!

This is along the lines of "fix sea". I think all it would take is to allow us to re-enter, and get a new earring. However, just like sea, something that would take 5 minutes to do to make a bunch of people happy, won't be done because they are either stupid or lazy. Also, you can do DM once you are done with Zilart, so it's apparently possible to do the quest regardless of what mission are on on, as long as you have sky.

Not really. You can do 5AA battle after completing everything, so it wouldn't be any different. The only thing you get from it I think is the 5 key item that allow you to progress furter, not an actual mission advancement.
