first of all, this game uses next to nothing for video card resources, it relies mainly on cpu, and even then you could run quad athlonfx 62 cpus and yet again your still gonna lag, you could have 18 gigs of memory, and yup, still gonna lag

this game is ported/written extremely poorly, deal with it, accept it and move on with your life, you will be a better person for it

A Radeon 9800 or equivalent will be more than enough. Get something cheap.

The framerate is capped at 30fps anyway, so it's not like you can squeeze out super performance if you have a really fast rig.
