Basically, they pulled the "Azimuth Circle" event down the other day for maintenace or some crap because APPARENTLY there was this level 65 DRK with no buffer capped@lvl 1 who died, and instead of deleveling to 64, he deleveled to Level 1. :D

Neither of us were billed again. Thats kinda retarded that they ban you and forget to remove the billing. I'm sure some people out there wouldn't notice it and just let the money go. Convinient.
