COR/PUP/BLU AF2?

Indeed, but having it JUST in Icelands? How does that make sense, I doubt anyone would like to see a loot pool with PUP AF2 Head and Hands and BLU AF Legs.

I like the idea of AF1 for the new jobs (it wasn't implimented great but still) since it does make sense seeing as the armour for the new jobs isn't as mystical as the armour for the old jobs. After seeing like 20 BLU npcs do you really think it was a good idea to make it some kinda coffer thing?

NPC in Whitegate will accept pieces of BST AFv2 and trade you the equivalent piece for the new jobs.

its not hard to add to existing stories and elaborate them to make things make sense... if they wanted new job AF2 to drop in existing dynamis's they could say something like, some pup/cor/blu mercenaries snuck out of Aht urghan against the empires orders and helped fight in the great war, but their identities were kept secret due to blah blah blah

thing is.. if you introduced these drops into something totally different, but along the lines of limbus/dynamis (ie something needing a large group of people) then
1) it wouldnt be fair for the new jobs/old jobs cause they had to do something easier/harder to get their relics,
and
2) unless something useful drops for every single other job there, no one will want to spend that many people's time doing said event over and over that will only benefit the 1 or 2 blu's in said LS (well maybe if it was a 100% drop, but then you have problem 1)
i guess you could make an LS of blu's/cors/pups to do those specifically.. but that'd be a lotting nightmare =/

Or take ircgeek's idea and make it a little more plausible.. have dynamis drop an item coveted by some NPC in Aht Urghan that will trade you AF2 in exchange (ala Ultima/Omega parts).

that could actually work really well...... you'd still be getting AF2 from dynamis,even if its sorta indirectly, and wouldnt get anyone butthurt over it cause you can just give it the same drop rate as any other AF piece

but this idea is too good and so SE will not impliment it =(

I've been doing dynamis since early 04. 3/5 BST AF2, and have never had a counter lot. It just doesn't drop... I'll most likely finish relic axe before I finish BST AF2 and that isn't a joke...

Freelotted Surcoats make me cry when I've been running a shell which does Xarcabard regularly for over a year & don't have one.

I'll trade Smn Horns for them, seeing as we got 3 of those our last Xarc.

Because most of the regulars have gear from Xarca, we have almost no belts/capes. Because old dynamises are so fucking boring the 100th time.

All they need is about 5-10k to oneshot almost anyone, less than that if SE gives them Heat or Frost Breath.

Considering the story, Relic in the CoP zones, as least in Tav would make sense ;p.

SE never really gave us a good story for Relic armor, we can only assume it is the armor the Hydra Corps I guess.
