The only tip I can offer you at this time is don't act like you do on the forums and let him know you're gay every 5s. I don't really care if you are or not but it's terribly annoying. For someone who actually might have a problem with it, it'd be much worse

Lately it hasn't been so bad, then again I haven't seen you post much. But when I first came to BG forums pretty much everytime you posted it seemed like you mentioned being gay. I'm a Christian myself and like I said I don't mind. I do know that many Christians suck though, and hopefully your roommate isn't one of those people. But if you talk about being gay all the time I'm sure he'd find it worse and worse. And through my experience with roommates is if they get annoying about something it only gets worse as the year goes on, so best not to give him that reason since it could be a sensitive topic with him.

I was 1/3 on college roommates I liked my entire college 'career' (gogo single dorm room Junior year) but we almost never, ever clashed on political issues. It was more of a 'god damnit you slovenly piece of shit stop piling your used underwear where I can step on it' or 'oh fucking christ you just woke me up by throwing up into your pillow and it's 4am and I have lab at 6:30.'

If you ever clash with a roommate it'll be over issues like that loooong before the gay thing comes up. And if he's an asshole about it you can still have fun at his expense.
