The mantle requires a tarasque skin, which is a little more expensive on my server than amemet, also the +1 version is like a NQ amemet, the people who will go and buy, or at least can afford the +1 ovinnik will most certainly be the people who will also buy the HQ amemet... not like it really matters anyway, but yeah

Well I could say better than the torques, but we all know the torques need a better drop rate themselves.. at least 33% on lower tiers (come on, hope isn't hard to pop) and 50% on higher tiers.
