I agree but getting a game full of people who are decent at ToB is near impossible, people currently are much more skilled at DoTA. SO we're playing DoTA. If we can get 12 people from this forum however who are willing to get the hang of it ToB would be so much better.

hmmm, I dunno, I seem to find ToB players that get filled up fairly fast well at worst there's 1 or 2 leavers (2 only to even things out usually) but it's not that bad. I really don't get why poeple play DoTA more than ToB because it seems ToB is easier to learn about than DoTA since it doesn't have the many many recipes and ya. *shrugs* hehe oh well D: I need to prolly download DoTA again XD I've not played it in about.. 2 years I think.

ToB hasnt been updated in like 2 years, that's why. Dota consistently adds new shit and has a much larger hero base as well as item base. I used to love ToB but it fell behind on the times. Oh, can msg me on us east and ill kick your ass in dota =)

ToB was stopped being updated a year and half ago cause the creators got sick of so many DoTA maps and noobs plus they wanted to start a new project appearantly. Not sure how that's going though. Anyways, I like how ToB is balanced, requires teamwork, has good items but not OMFGOVERPOWERED items and other things. Sure someone complains now and then that the maiden is a bitch and overpowered but come on.. easily pwned by a good Warden and then others are like "ZOMG DARK RANGER SO OVER POWERED WITH SILENCE" but also easily killed.. like.. two heroes ganking her and she's done for or she has to retreat with a tele scroll anyways it's all pretty balanced and fun I think. I like that there requires teamwork.. those kinda games are fun. C&C Renegade (especially maps where the enemy has building defenses like the Obelisk or the Advanced Guard Tower), CS:S (though not so much, cause one really good player can pwn an entire team, I did once XD haha suprise attack ftw), FFXI, WoW (at least when it comes to the 40 man instances and such), ToB in WC3. Ya.. fun :D

I loved playing DoTA until I was so annoyed at the 8 million versions and how people would leave 30 seconds into the game.

Several of us play DoTA on USWest. Go to channel "Clan FFXI" in the PST evenings. We're a small group but always like a challenge.
