its the Press..
It signifies that the character is not their own and they're just playing the game for whatever reason. I think it can apply to pre-made characters in certain internet cafes as well as press. It's been a while since I read about this stuff.
Oh and if you think that's red you may be colourblind and not know it.
That looks alot more like yellow and green, not red and green. <.<
It means they want cybersex.
Send them a tell and get it on.
It's a tag thats put onto characters made exclusively for the press to use. For example, if IGN wanted to playtest the game they'd get a character that SE made for them with that flag.Originally Posted by rydiu

The icon is basically a replica of the Japanese sticker (it's actually more like a magnet, not a sticker) that new drivers can (optionally) stick on their car to warn people that they are new drivers. During my time in Japan, I saw these all the time. You would think people would be embarassed to put these on their cars, but I guess not lol.
there's another one that's purple and orange, which is for senior citizen drivers. You rarely see those though. I actually bought one of these stickers while I was in Japan, and put it on my car here in the states. I had it on my car for 5 years, and one time a Japanese person actually stopped me and asked what the fuck I was doing driving around with that on my car, lol.
