Weird. Cory Lidle of the Yankees apparently just flew a plane into an apartment building in New York, killing himself and three others.

The plane hit the Belaire Condominiums at 524 E. 72nd Street near the East River. More than 150 firefighters are on scene of a four-alarm fire in the building.

In west California, born and raised, on a ballfield is where I spent most of my days. Chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool, and all pitching some baseballs outside of the school, when a couple of guys who were up to no good starting making trouble in my neighborhood. I got in one little fight and Steinbrenner choked on a spork and said, "You're crashing into a high rise building in New York." I whistled for a plane and when it came near, the license plate said "DEATH" and it had dice on the mirror. If anything I could say that this plane was a dork, but I thought, "Nah, forget it, yo homes, to New York!" I crashed into the place about 7 or 8 and to 3 other people I yelled, "Smell ya later!" Looked at Death's kingdom, I was finally rottin', sit in my grave, lying dead in Manhattan.

I'm pretty sure the news confirmed it to be a helicopter, the witnesses described the guys final moments 'trying to stear away, but was too close.'
Plus, I think someone said he used it to go to & from places, and planes need a landing strip.

It was a small plane not a helicopter. They recovered the reckage already.

Mayor said that only 2 people died, the pilot and an instructor?
