    They've been too nice lately. To balance it out it will be something like...

    - Charm has been adjusted to increase party appeal for the Beastmaster job. Previously a Beastmaster attempting to use the job ability charm to generate enmity on a monster resulted in the Beastmaster accidently charming the monster. This resulted in the party losing potential experience points from defeating the monster. Charm has been changed to "Heart Power" and will no longer charm monsters.

    - Adjustments to Fish Oil Broth. The Call Beast "Courrier Carrie" will now cap at the appropriate level for a level 23 Broth.

    - The axe skill "Rampage" has been adjusted to a Warrior only skill.

    - The axe skill "Mistral Axe" has been adjusted to a Beastmaster only skill. Mistral axe has also been updated to reflect its proper Ranged Attack status. Sneak attack and Trick attack no longer stack. The players main hand axe will be used for ammo. Accordingly all tabars will stack to 12.

    Things that could be done to improve BST:

    *Take your Pets Current TP (Our rampages lack...so more rampages better dot?lol)

    *Give our Pets our TP (idk why but..its SE)

    *Give Pets an "Agressor" or "Focus" effect while having WARs or MNKs in PT(maybe other job abilities also correasponding w/ other jobs in the PT?)

    *Allow BST to use Guillotine(idk why but...come on our best WS is rampage and possibly evisceration if any BST find dagger to be a viable alt as it is,or spiral hell....which is bleh)

    *Allow BST to use Martial Scythe Read previous idea ^^^^

    *Give BST a better 2 hour (i honestly dont like familiar at all)

    *Allow us to merit "WS's" like Rampages damage by a certain fixed %age

    *Allow us to charm.....Greater Birds Manticores (possible VoS endgame exp solo area?)

    almost a year and i didn't even think to equip a dagger... I thought I blue capped at ~200 around near sword...

    Its the truth, That guy probaly isnt even a bst.

    BST dagger caps at 230. Evisceration is attainable

    And to the other guy, Getting Merits to get a WS lvl will not allow you to get the WSNM quest just because you have the lvl.

    IE Ninja sword can pass 250 i belive but they will not be able to get Savage Blade quest.

    I spent some time a while back skilling scythe.

    Then after like an hour I left and decided to skill fishing to 100, I thought that would be both faster and more fun.

    Two changes:

    Killer Effects:

    I think keft talked about this earlier. SE really needs to just fix killer effects. The current KE are incredibly week.

    I have max KE merits, AF, flawless, tatami, a few earrings, and latent RSE ring. With all of these active I still can easily go an entire facing a catobella or cobiri and not get a single intimidation. During LS events or in a PT killer effects are usless again. Add in Killer Instinct and you get a sub-par buff that requires a pet that is still almost useless for the tank since it's only good for 30 seconds every 10 minutes, hell and certain effects can't be attained with jugs.

    Reset KE
    10% KE = 10 acc 3.3% crit rate against the correct target
    Set flawless to 3% KE
    Set tatami to 3% KE
    Set trousers/+1 to 5% KE

    So a bst could get 34% KE with yellow health, a bit more with food against the correct target.

    Subbed KE is 50% effect.


    Tabar Class Axes:

    Buff all BST only Tabar class axes. Pretty much set axes up so that Tabar is to axes as Lances are to spears. It would also help to increase the number of end game tabar class axes.

    Dont targets need to have you targeted for killer effects to activate...(between player and mob, not pet&mob)...thats what ive noticed....or does it really activate that rarely? lolnoob bst

    Yeah, the BST has to be tops on the hate list in order for them to intimidate the mob. The only other intimidates you will see soloing are when your pet is of the family that can intimidate your prey.
