Rajas Ring lost-Can It be obtained again?

I quit FFXI a few months ago, came back, and found all my items in Inventory gone. Moghouse and MogLocker were not missing anything. Among lost items where Walahra Turban, Rajas Ring, Tavnazian Ring, just to name a few. I do know the turban can be gotten again, as after speaking to the npc, my count is back at 1. The GM i talked to about my lost gear said it was gone, but ive heard that they can be regained. Is this True or just a rumor? Can i get my Rajas Ring and/or Tavnazian Rings back?

2 and a half months. The gm said that when a character is deleted for a significant amount of time, certain data is lost.

for one of the few times, the GM is correct. I had deleted my char cause I thought I wasn't comming back. Came back, had my character restored but my pld AF feet, hands, and body were gone. Had asked the same and GM told me If its over 1 month, chance of some data/items will be lost. Plus my kin seals were gone, but eh, farming the seals are easy :/

if you want a full list of all lost items well.....
Byakkos Haidate, Genbu's Kabuto, Walahara Turban, Tavnazian Ring, Rajas Ring, Fighters Calligae+1, Melee feet(forget the name), Fighters Cuisses, WAR AF hands, WAR relic hands, Byakkos Axe, Destroyers, aprox. 85 KS, approx 45 BS, Moldavite Earring. There are a few others im still forgetting. The only thing i STILL had was my Stars Cap, which i wore while logging out. So yeah, the only things i cant really get back are the byakko stuff(not paying a single gil to RMTers) and apparently rajas ring. It would have been nice if they would have reset my character info on COP or something, to at least let me request it.

i was wondering how long it would take for someone to start a useless argument and get this thread completely derailed. the items in the game that people talk shit about for no good reason makes me die a little inside

A few months back I dropped my tav ring, I called a GM they told me there are things in place to retrive items that have been lost, however would not tell me how.

If there is a way (doughtfull) I bet it would involve totaly completing ZM/COP apoc. nigh. then somehow repeating or CS or something similar, maybe try messing with the goblin footprints?

I still need to apoc nigh, but to be honest it's just the tav ring I lost so it's not on the top of my priority list. However if you do find the way the GM talked about, make sure you let us all know.
