CoP Dynamis Titles

I did a little bit of searching on a few sites, but could'nt find anything. I'm wondering which NPC will give CoP Dynamis titles. I tried Selbina, Rabao, Mhuara, Tavnazian Safehold, and Jeuno, but nothing. Any help is appreciated ; ;

Last time I was in Mhaura, I found that the bard there offered Dynamis-Buburimu Interloper. Haven't cleared the others yet, so can't help you there.

Thats weird, he doesn't offer it for me ; ;, but the one I was trying to get back was Valkrum. Thank you for replying though >.<

Sounds like the Valkurm guy would be in Selbina then. Maybe try that one again?
