No, well about about a lifetime supply of burritos, tacos, and those delicious caramel apple empanadas from Taco Bell? The Mexican fast food chain is giving away $12,500 in Taco Bell Bucks in exchange to the first person who agrees to trade his or her new PlayStation 3. But this isn't a scam. Taco Bell officials note that the console will be donated to the Stanton teen center of the Boys & Girls Club (which will subsequently be broken into a robbed if PlayStation 3 history remains telling).

Sorta a PS3 thread, but felt it was quirky enough for its own post. I'd totally do this if I had a PS3. Chalupas and grilled stuffed tacos, a never ending supply (relatively). In a year, you'll be able to buy a PS3 no problem anyways.

They only really say owning, rather than playing (which is only mentioned once in a hypothetical situation). How could they enforce your brother buying one and you playing it ? What if he moved, would they track him down and send a swat team down his chimney?

It sounds pretty unenforceable, unless the contract states they must gain access to the part of the house where the entertainment center is multiple times a year or he must pay $7500 in a legally binding contract.
