pretty sure you need 10 espers defeated, and on the zodiark thingy quest
Must have at least 10 espers and finish the Mind Flayer mark.
Go to Jahara and talk to the Geomancer, he is located opposite from the Item Shop.
Back to Henne Mines, go North from the Gate Crystal, the gate to East has opened up.
To reach the Henne Mines Secret Mining Area, acquire 10 espers and clear the Mind Flare NM hunt. Go to Jahara and talk to the Garif geomancer near the Item Shop. If I recall, he mentions something about darkness in the mines. Now you can access the Secret Mining Area from the room where you fought Tiamat on your first pass through the mines.Originally Posted by shivan00b2

both about as descriptive as it will get.
That place sucks ass, bring lots of smelling salts...
Confuse is easy to deal with lol, when your party members get confused just unequip their weapon, it wears off pretty quick.Originally Posted by Kurohyou

Then equip a mythril sword/blade, or any other weapon with low atk.
idk, all my characters have that license, and i still hit everything for 0 when i unequip weapons.
Unequip their weapon and put a shield on them. The shield negates the hand to hand damage bonus IIRC.Originally Posted by Murataki

or macro Esuna, or equip the belt that negates it..
Yes yes, all that's nice and good, but I'm lazy. Smelling Salt gambit for me.
There needs to be a Gambit for [Ally confused] --> [Attack]

There is? I never worked much with Gambits, beyond auto-buffing my team.
