quick windower question

So im trying to reset up my latop tp configs again. Got everything straight except one thing. I dont remember what you have to do to stop running around in circles like a retard when I click outside the window effect.

Can anyone tell me how to fix that real quick?

I think you need to make sure 'Enable Hardware Cursor' is checked in FFXIConfig.
