There was a special on the National Geographic channel recently called Fight Science that was pretty good too. More of that "Holy wow wtf" kinda stuff involving martial arts. Like "We set up this crash test dummy that car companies use in measuring the impact of a car crash. And this guy punched the dummy about as hard a head-on car collision at 30 mph."

Stuff like that, it was worth watching.
