Gotta agree with the OP Year Without a Santa Claus owns (btw did anyone else see the made for TV movie of it? It was so weird seeing people instead of puppets lol)

QFT... I really hate that commercial. Not to mention the voice-over guy sounds like a real pedophile.Originally Posted by Septimus

i like all the ones mentioned, except charlie brown's christmas. i've seen that one far too many times, and now it just grates on me.
a christmas story takes the cake for my favorite, though. that leg lamp is made of win. "fra-geel-ay... it must be italian!" "it says fragile"
My fav is National Lampoons: Christmas Vacation D:
The best one I like the "A christams story" muppet style plus the KISS saves santa kicks ass
any james bond or three stooges christmas special.
oh, and a Christmas Story is pretty good too.
I like that one channel, forget which it is now, that does the 20 days of Bond or w/e in december. Always great to watch a random Bond movie.Originally Posted by Daahan

I cannot believe this wasn't mentioned yet.
Original version, not Jim Carrey.
There was a California Raisins Claymation Christmas special at one point. The Raisins weren't that great, but they had a variety of vignettes which were introduced by a couple of narrators that were pretty damn funny. I remember a constant theme where one of the narrators is trying to figure out exactly what "Wassailing" was, and he ended up get geese singing "Here We Come a Waddling..." and maids singing "Here We Come a Waffling," before he finally figured out what wassailing was.... I want to say that was late '80s, early '90s.Originally Posted by Huggo

It's a wonderful life.
I have sat through Bond marathons numerous times. I really hope they do that again. I am flagrantly unapologetic about spending 20 days of my life watching Bond pwn nubs and bang their women.Originally Posted by Xavier
To stay on topic I like the Charlie Brown Christmas special. I used to get sad and weep when I sould see him pick that little chicken shit tree. Bless your soul Charlie Brown.
Edit: Oh and Hermey is also the man. That would make Rudolph a close second.

The claymation Rudolph one I guess... and the muppet christmas story...A Muppet Christmas Carol
Christmas Vacation for sure.
Not really a special, but the SNL skit where CHris Katan plays Bill Gates and announces that Microsoft just bought Christmas always makes me laugh.
"In order to celebrate Christmas, you have to be running a registered copy of Windows. If you use Mac....you're now jewish"
A Christmas Story, hands down. I watch that move every Christmas at least 3 times.
Anyone remember MADtv's Vignettes of the Rudolph claymation where they were mobsters/resevoir dogs?
Tis the season to be Jorry FA RA RA RA RA RA RA RA RA RA!!!!
And yeah, Rocl I watched the made for tv version the other night. It was sooooo weird.... I was like "WTF? John Goodman would AGREE to this?"
Oh man, I need to gather up a bunch of these Christmas movies and have a marathon.
I remember Raging Rudolph, it was quite good. That was back when Mad TV was actually funny.Originally Posted by Rafbacca
Robot Chicken did a good sketch based off of the old-school specials, "Unsolved Case Files: Claus & Effect". And "A Very Dragon Ball Z Christmas" was quite amusing as well.
