For the set that "Enhances Haste effect"... is that meant to mean that it gives haste+% to the wearer? Seems like an odd way to say it.

I'm guessing that it means that you'll get bonus haste from any haste gear already worn. What would be cool is if this allowed you to surpass haste cap...

I hope THF can wear the thing with Set Bonus : Haste, but considering one of the pieces is a Sune-Ate, it's not looking promising My guess is the wording is due to consistency, and to add ambiguity so that you dont' know exactly how much haste is added.
