    Highly unwise imo, if there are bad physical sectors, that'll mean there will most likely be data corruption somewhere. I'd suggest you manually copy off the files you want to keep and do a fresh install. That way you won't run the risk of windows flopping.

    what shuemue said, best to copy off all the files you want to keep (personal documents or whatever) then when you get your new hard drive just reinstall everything, this lowers the risk of data corruption since there are bad sectors anyway...
