Edit: guess you made a ninja edit. The reason he said the dates been chanegd is because saddam appealed for a 30 day extension, he was supposed to be hanged in 30 days. They said no, he got owned, and was supposed to be hanged by dawn saturday in iraq (by 6am, 10pm est).
