Weapon Skill Accuracy

Are you more accurate point for point using a weapon skill with 10 'Weapon Skilll Accuracy' or 10 'Accuracy?'

It seems to me like it would be nearly impossible to test, at least conclusively.

Maybe someone has though, heh. I'm currently regearing my samurai, after over a year, and even though I really don't think much of Hachiman other than the 'required' Store TP pieces, I'm still curious about how it works exactly.

If I had to guess, I'd imagine that it's 1:1.

Anyone know for certain?

I'd assume that also, but I've never seen proof and I have no idea how you could even test it.

up to lvl 60, 1 skill gives both one acc and one attack. After level 60 (skill level 200, rather), acc goes down to .9 per point. Not sure about attack right offhand.

Attack stays the same (1 : 1) post 200 skill, Acc goes down to .9 like you said.

per point of skill. that still doesnt address acc+10 vs weap acc+10 on a piece of gear.

I'm inclined to believe "Weapon Skill Accuracy +" is 1:1 with "Accuracy +". Just that it only kicks in during WS.

There're a few people that think it's 1.5x the potency of regular accuracy though. Then again, the main believer of this is the guy that thought 7 Archery skill = +14 RATK +14 RACC and was the one who made people think Tatoshi existed or that you can do Cosmic Eludication when he made a video with .dat swaps.

I do beleive 1 Acc = 1 WSacc but he A) had a disclaimer in his sig about the Tatoshi and B) Had a disclaimer on his movie about Cosmic Eludication some other idiot cut out the disclaimer and put it on youtube.
