    Superman.

Although, I wouldn't mind seeing Brandon and Christian duking it out in a jello pool.

And therein lies much of the problem. Is Superman going to use his power to extreme levels to take out a mortal? probably not.

Is Batman going to go to any length to subdue his enemy, even if it included torture? Fuckin' right he will.

It's not that superman is dumb, it's that he's emotional. There are a lot of times where he lets his anger, fear (usually for his loved ones etc) get ahold of him. He's the type where he acts first and asks questions while he's doing it, rather than batman who for all intents and purposes has the fight won before he even steps out of the batcave (the difference being that supes can work under the assumption that he can't die, it's easier to work on the fly when you can travel the world in seconds etc. Bats knows he's just human, so he stacks the deck every which way he can in his favor before he's in the situation where he's dead because he didnt).

If both can avoid it, they won't kill their enemy.

In superman's case, he usually can't avoid it though. Which is funny considering that people play batman off as the ruthless killer type >_>

    lol

I don't even play D&D, but I have friends that do and know about it. The whole alignments thing always kinda interested me, but the idea of using an eraser to subtract or add to hit points never really appealed to me.

They should put Batman up versus an alternate Superman, not the cheesy goodie-two-shoes Superman. Put em up vs this one:

Batman vs Superboy-Prime. Warfare right there.

Or better yet: Superman vs Goku >_>

Haha, that was originally my quote up there. You find something better to do in a 8 hour shift with 0 hours work of work.

His power is over nine thousand. This is clearly not an even match.

Batman needs to stop being catagorized as a superhero. He's just a wealthy ninja.

A superhero for all intents and purposes doesn't necessarily need to have powers to be categorized as such.
