They've done that before, what leads you to believe they wouldn't do it again? Granted Aqua atleast drops francisca, but that's what he's always dropped.

There might be a slight chance they'll use him for something, since the other NM's with nice items are still dropping them just r/x Argus being one. I wouldn't mind the r/x club, but that's still a very BIG maybe. It took them what? 3 years to find a use for the Green Teles in Sky, it'll probably take another 2 expansions before they decide to touch LoO again.
