I used to never read the mangas, but Bleach is definitely worth it. The manga is made of epic win.

It seems like its moving slow now, but I guess that is what happens when you read all of the manga from #1 to catch up in about 1 week.

http://www.bleach7.com - That's the site I download from. They have an in-house translating team(M7) that does a pretty good job.

And yea, I hate having to wait a week per chapter, but with these last few chapters it's totally been worth it.
