I suppose I could've shown my equip menu when I posted that, but I'm wearing Opo-opo Crown, Pahluwan body, Barbossa Moufles, Dusk Trousers, Skadi's Jambeaux, and Adder Jambiya. COR is the only job I have that I can wear Skadi on (I only have COR and BRD at 75), and I actually got the 15 and 25 pieces when I was in the early 60's, got 75 about 2 weeks ago, would've been funny (to me, anyway) if I finished the boots and couldn't wear them.

And yeah Dusk + Skadi cancel eachother out, when I'm less lazy I'll steal my brother's mule's aketon and see if it stacks (probably not but whatever).

Edit: Tried with Aketon, doesn't stack. There you have it.

Another edit: Dusk + Skadi + Aketon = regular speed, still keeping with the Skadi + Aketon = still 12% and Dusk bringing it back to normal speed.

There are some people in my group whose gear aren't terribly uber for the jobs they lot salvage equip on. If they win, they'll have one uber piece in the middle of a bunch of normal stuff :D

Dunno how it is on your server, but Imperial Wootz Ingots on Titan run 450-500k each. So, you're looking at 5-6mil to upgrade a salvage body piece. That's not exactly cheap in today's economy.

So, I kind of agree that it would be a bit weird to see someone wearing a body piece, but have gimp gear in the rest of the slots. Of course, he could have sold a lot of stuff to raise the gil. Either that or he just doesn't give a shit about his job.

I have a lot of cash by today's standards, but if I won the body I'd go mine all the ores anyway just because I hate spending money. Just takes determination.

LBC was nice enough to give us another pair of ledelsens last night so we got to upgrade another pair of boots.
