Quick Stupid Ouryu Question. part 2

I posted this in the Newbie Forum, but it (that forum) doesn't seem to be getting that much traffic from people who can answer. So I'm reposting here.

Please don't get butthurt/feel free to lock it once a Solid answer has been provided.

People are telling me two different things, and Wiki doesn't give a definate answer so I figured I'd ask here.

To access uncapped Ouryu, what CoP mission do you have to have beaten?

Some are telling me you only need Riverne AO1 access, others are saying you have to have beaten Ouryu on the CoP mission to get in.

I'm probably just overlooking it somewhere, feel free to lock this thread once the answer has been given.

Hopefully Advanced forum has the answers.
