Bags came 3 days after I arrived, after alot of calling Delta, they gave me the usual run-around "Waawaa we'll have them delivered", they got delivered 3 days later, Missing from my bags : Wii [with Zelda], Nintendo DS [with 8 games].

I thought it'd be safer incase i fell asleep at the airports LAWL guess again. Some dirty poopoos stole it regardless. I think that was my last wii though, played through zelda three times to the exact same point kinda burns ye out ;p

This is why you get a lock for your luggage..

The type of people who handle your luggage are the type of people who are responsible for almost every racial stereotype in existence.

They rifle through bags for fun and profit.. and there is no way they can get caught since your bags usually go through a few different airport terminals

You might of thought you were safer sending it through luggage, but I hope this was a learning lesson for you cause you were flat out wrong.

Sweet.. You can actually sue the pants off them now.

They admit they opened it. They admit they broke YOUR lock to protect something you put in there that was valuable.

It costs like $35 to file depending on where you live and you won't even need a lawyer. They will give you like $800 to shut up, lol. Very easy money

Actually, you're not allowed to lock your bags and they have the right to inspect them. So yea...don't put valuables in checked luggage
