Alky/Pallas pop items

Been here killing Johtunns since the servers went up and no drops with TH4.


Theories:

1) Drop rate is 1% because these were 24h respawns
2) Drops from lesser Gigas NMs that previously never dropped anything: (Eurytos,Polybotes,Rhoikos etc..)

Gigas around Pallas drop the item to pop pallas. Someone in my ls got on 2nd kill

Also, someone else posted they spent 30m killing Tons and got drop. Find the ??? and kill the mobs around it.

ya we got pop item for pallas in maybe 10 norm gigas kills. No drop of course

asura is 4/4 TK drop already, looks like sozu is 100% now.

Managed to get 5 Hoary Battle Horns in around 45 minutes. However haven't gotten a single Shield, either downstairs or upstairs, while one of the Hoary Battle Horns was from the upstairs Jotunn. Straaange.

We got 3 pop items in about 2 hours. 0/3 on Pallas so far. Socks/Shield on all 3 :/

are the pop items for these NM's only supposed to drop off their PH's ?
because I'm 0/6 on Pursuers in the area behind prelate key.

Me and partner have killed the PH ones atleast 5+ times, and other Pursuers in Temple and havent gotten drop yet.

Odin so far I've only heard of one person getting the Sozu pop item drop, and yes, they got knife. Meanwhile the RMT logged on and are standing around in the regular room apparently.

The one pop item drop did get his drop from the Pursuer mob.

Someone on my vent server also noticed Pallas popped unclaimed, but Alkonyeus apparently popped claimed. Someone else got their whichever Gigas jacked when he charmed them, don't you love assholes. -.-

When I finally get on in like 20 minutes, heading up to kill some Aura Statues to determine if Ulli pop item drop is only from statues in Ulli room (which sounds stupid) or any Statue or Statues in a particular area like Water for Olla. Unless someone has info on this already? I haven't seen anything yet..

I'm 0/4 behind Prelate key door and about 0/7-8 on Pursuers near Sozu's area. NIN, SMN, and BLM have to be some of the most frustrating jobs for THFs to fight. Grr. >.<

pallas triggers drop like rain on both floors. probably just under 50% with no TH, alky not quite so often. in 2.5 hours we got 5 pallas and 2 alkys, got socked all 7 times, majority of time spent waiting on ??? respawns.
