DRK/SAM recast times on new spells

Ok so yeah I was reading lolKI earlier and ran across something interesting and so I'm wondering if anyone can give 100% confirmation or deny a new glitch.

Supposedly recast of Dread Spikes and Drain II while Seigan is up are both under 1 min, thus enabling you to basically have them up full time.

ya, it does work

(for those of you that don't want to read the KI thread)
you gotta cast either dread spikes or drain 2 when seigan or hasso are up. the menu will say the recast is 4:30 but around 4:17(casting either with 5%haste will get you right around there)you can put them up again whenever needed. the only way you can recast them early is if you type it in manually, i.e. /ma "Dread Spikes" <me>

Drain 2 doesnt stack with itself
